MRC Industries is opening a NEW Thrift Retail Store in mid January 2026. We are currently hiring for all Thrift positions and will be holding Open Interviews On December 17th between noon - 7pm.

Our Thrift Store is a new startup launched by MRC and we're building our team from the ground up. MRC has multiple open positions both for Part Time Sales and Full Time and Part Time Key Holder positions.

ThriftAbility is a nonprofit thrift store dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through meaningful employment and hands-on skill building. Owned and operated by MRC Industries, it offers paid work experiences that build confidence and prepare individuals for employment in the broader community. Job Summary:
The Sales Associate: $13.73 - $15.36 - $17.00

As a Sales Associate you will provide customer service, merchandising, and assistance with daily operations of MRC's thrift retail store. Ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive experience for donors. While serving as a mission ambassador and ensuring the store reflects the values and positive spirit of MRC.

Key Holder responsibilities: $16.00 - $20.00 - $24.00

As a Key Holder, you play an essential role in supporting the Store Manager and helping establish strong operational foundations. This position oversees daily operations during assigned shifts, ensures efficient task delegation, and maintains smooth workflows for both the sales floor and donation processing. Key Holders are also responsible for upholding our customer service standards and leading the team as the designated person-in-charge whenever management is absent.
